Rudd service technicians have the training and tools to provide the best of the best support to our customers.

Our Commitment to Product Support

Rudd’s commitment to provide superior product support required development of a Rudd stand-alone training center. 

Our facility houses a classroom, large service bay and state of the art training aids. It’s home to three full-time trainers who utilize “Train the Trainer” programs to provide factory approved courses to Rudd technicians.  Our trainers are certified by our manufacturers to conduct training. 

The training center is centrally located within Rudd’s geography which allows Rudd technicians to spend more time in the classroom and less time traveling.

The Rudd Training Center also houses the technical support desk for our technicians, so that we do not have to rely on remote factory assistance. This program provides immediate expert support to our technicians in the field when help is needed.

Our courses are designed by Rudd Trainers and can be customized to match the experience level of each technician group as well as the overall needs of the company.

Our technicians are trained on the latest computer based diagnostic tools and software. With advancements in telematics, machines can often be diagnosed remotely, reducing downtime and operating cost.

The end result of all the above is the rapid development of competent technicians which will ultimately minimize any downtime for Rudd customers.

We feature 13 full-service locations covering a seven state region to give you support whenever and wherever you need it. We have facilities and personnel to get the job done quickly, and we are never closed.  Whether it’s scheduled maintenance, major component rebuild or parts replacement, we’re there for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


We provide you with the finest service technicians in the industry. Our service staff features award-winning, factory-trained, Master Technicians who are skilled, knowledgeable and trained by both Rudd and our manufacturers, starting from the apprentice level. In addition, each technician routinely attends up to three weeks of ongoing technical training classes each year.
