PSR (Product Support Representative)
Pittsburgh PA, Clearfield PA
Summary: Responsible for promoting parts, service and sales within an assigned territory. PSR will act as a liaison between the Customers, the Parts Manager and/or Service Manager to provide information about customer problems/complaints and long term requirements. This position is a professional sales position which requires an intimate working knowledge of our Company and the various products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be customer service oriented

Field Service Coordinator
Evansville, IN
Summary: Individual must be able to inspect, service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair simple equipment components. Operate basic shop equipment and machine tools

Service Technician

Summary: The service coordinator will perform a combination of job duties relating to the service department and will report to the Service Manager. Employee will be responsible for pre-closing work orders and maintaining tracking and reporting of systematic GPS for all field technicians. Must have the capabilities to make field visits for equipment inspections and coordinate any subsequent course of action. Must administer and provide internal support for RMC and PM contracts. Manage the process of special customer requests and special projects determined by the Service Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Has excelled in all prior classification
- Fundamental knowledge of service function
- Fundamental knowledge of computers
- Typing 30 wpm
- Thorough knowledge of quotes, internal procedures, service warranty.
Warehouse

Summary: Establishes warehousing and distribution standards and procedures, develops storage space utilization plans and conducts periodic inventories of the surplus materials and equipment. Under general direction, supervises the shipment, receipts, issuance, storage and protection of all material and equipment at the branch warehouse.
Minimum Requirements:

- Training required in: safety, shipping, receiving, warehouse stocking, company policy, procedures, product and services
- Must type 30 wpm
- Computer literate
